Advanced Digital Sciences Center (ADSC) is research center of Illinois at Singapore Pte. Ltd., an affiliate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The Center was established in 2009 in partnership with Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), and, in 2017, became part of the National Research Foundation’s CREATE programme. ADSC is home to approximately 50 researchers and students focusing on breakthrough innovations supporting interactive cyber infrastructures that are expected to have a major impact in transforming human’s use of information in data-intensive, technologically developed societies.

ADSC’s mission is to facilitate interactions among Illinois’ researchers, local researchers and their industry partners. Through this, it aims to enhance Singapore’s position as a hub for leading edge research.
