Advanced Digital Sciences Center (ADSC), a university-related organization affiliated with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, was established in 2009 in partnership with Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). The Center is home to approximately 100 researchers and students focusing on breakthrough innovations supporting interactive cyber infrastructures that are expected to have a major impact in transforming human’s use of information in data-intensive, technologically developed societies.
ADSC’s mission is to facilitate interactions among Illinois’ researchers, local researchers and their industry partners. Through this, it aims to enhance Singapore’s position as a hub for leading edge research.
